hello Nguims, go to the nearest Multipurpose Youth Empowerment Center in your Subdivision with a complete file of or if you are in Yaounde go to the Youth Village (esplanade of the City Town Hall) with:
- A stamped request addressed to the Minister of Youth and Civic Education;
- A certified photocopy of the National Identity Card; - A location plan;
-A unique identification number.
Green line 1505 of the National Youth Observatory for further information.
