All start by registering on the platform of the National Youth Observatory.

Then deposit a stamped writting application to the Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education enclosed with a Certified copy of Your National Identity Card at the closest Multipurpose Centre of Youth Empowerment in your subdivision,(CMPJ).The card will be made available as these steps are strictly followed.

Thanks for your reply. I have done all that and they gave me a receipt to confirm my registration, but now my question is how long thause I take for the CARTE TO BE AVAILABLE?
