Hello, to obtain the Young Biometric Card, please respect the following steps:

1- Register with the web platform of the National Youth Observatory (you can do it yourself just with a smartphone, if not follow step 2)

2- Bring a stamped request to obtain the Youth Card addressed to the Minister of Youth and Civic Education

3- Bring a certified photocopy of your national identity card

4- Go to a local branch of the ONJ. The local branches are housed within the CMPJ (Multifunctional Center for the Promotion of Young People). The CMPJ are present in each chief town of arrondissement, department and region of the country. These are Minjec structures.

5- Give its civil status and biometric parameters to the local branch manager or his representative, after that you will be given a receipt from the CJB (subject to material possibilities).

6- When the time comes (after verifications and other various operations) the National Coordination will deliver you and have your Young Biometric Card sent.

NB: The issuance of the youth card is strictly FREE! There is no question of paying fees and / or handing them over to anyone!
